Job Description
Strong sales teams need a leader who can plan, coach and close, and Job Vista is hiring Sales Managers across Gujarat for textile and manufacturing businesses. You will own the revenue plan and guide a team of executives to meet it.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare monthly and quarterly sales plans and break them into clear targets for each team member.
- Lead, train and review the performance of sales executives and telecallers.
- Handle major customers and distributors personally and negotiate pricing and terms.
- Study market trends, competitor offers and demand patterns to find new business opportunities.
- Work with production, dispatch and accounts to ensure orders are delivered and payments collected.
- Present sales reports and forecasts to the management with practical suggestions.
- Support recruitment and onboarding of new sales staff and set up clear incentive tracking.

Skills that help
Leadership and coaching ability, strong negotiation, knowledge of the textile or manufacturing market, target planning, comfort with sales data in Excel and excellent communication in Gujarati, Hindi and English are valuable.

Roles are available in Surat, with market coverage in Ahmedabad, Vadodara and Navsari depending on the employer.
