Field Sales Manager
Job Description
Job Vista is hiring Field Sales Managers across Gujarat to lead teams that work out in the market. You will set the beat plan, coach the people who meet customers every day and take responsibility for growth in your territory.
Key responsibilities
- Plan territories and visit schedules for the field sales team and set clear weekly targets.
- Accompany executives on customer calls, train them on pitching and fix gaps in their approach.
- Develop key accounts, distributors and channel partners and resolve their issues quickly.
- Identify new markets and business opportunities through field research and competitor tracking.
- Review daily and weekly reports and take action on slow-moving areas.
- Coordinate with the marketing, supply and accounts teams for smooth order fulfilment.
- Run weekly review meetings and set up incentives and recognition for good performers.
Who can apply
A bachelor's degree is the listed qualification. Experienced field sales leaders are encouraged to apply, and fresh graduates with strong leadership potential and sales interest are welcome. Senior field executives and area in-charges ready for a team lead role are encouraged to apply.
Skills that help
