Job Description

Key responsibilities
- Define product vision and roadmap based on customer feedback, market research and business goals.
- Gather and write clear requirements and user stories for design and engineering teams.
- Prioritise features, balance trade-offs and keep delivery on schedule.
- Study competitors and market trends to identify gaps and new opportunities.
- Work closely with sales, marketing and support to launch and improve products.
- Track product metrics and use them to decide the next improvements.
- Run beta tests and gather user feedback before every major release.
