How Job Vista works for job seekers

Applying for jobs, job placement and career guidance are always free. Job Vista never charges a fee to get you a job. CV writing is an optional paid service. Apply in the way that suits you, a recruiter reviews your profile, and if you fit an opening we call or WhatsApp you to set up the interview.

What happens next

  1. Review: a recruiter checks your profile against the job's requirements.
  2. Call or WhatsApp: if you fit, we contact you, usually within a few working days, to confirm your experience, current salary, expected salary and notice period.
  3. Interview: we share the interview date, time, address and the person to meet. Registered candidates also get email updates and can see the status in their dashboard.
  4. Offer and joining: we stay in touch until you join and settle in.

If you are not a fit for that job, your profile stays with us for future openings that match your role and city.

Prepare for the interview

  • Read the job description and know the company's business.
  • Be ready to explain your last job, your daily work and why you want to change.
  • Know your current and expected salary and your notice period.
  • Reach 10–15 minutes early in neat, formal clothes.

Documents to carry

  • 2–3 printed copies of your resume and a passport-size photo
  • A photo ID (Aadhaar, PAN, driving licence or voter ID)
  • Education certificates and mark sheets
  • Experience or relieving letters and recent salary slips, if you have worked before

What Job Vista never asks for

  • Any fee: registration, interview, training, uniform or "security deposit"
  • OTPs, bank passwords, UPI PINs or card details
  • Paid "tasks" on Telegram or other apps

It depends on the job. If your profile fits an opening, a recruiter usually calls or WhatsApps you within a few working days. If it does not, we keep your profile for future openings.
Do I have to pay for the interview or the job?
No. Job Vista never charges candidates for applying, interviews or placement.

Yes. Apply to every job that matches your skills and location.
What should I carry to the interview?
