Job Description
Good after-sales service keeps customers loyal, and Job Vista is hiring Services Executives across Gujarat for electrical and instrumentation businesses. You will coordinate service calls, support customers and keep their equipment working.
Key responsibilities
- Receive service requests from customers and schedule visits with engineers and technicians.
- Visit client sites for installation, commissioning and service checks as needed.
- Track every complaint until it is resolved and update the customer on progress.
- Maintain service records, warranty details and spare part requirements.
- Prepare service reports and quotations for repairs and annual maintenance contracts.
- Gather customer feedback and pass useful points to the sales and technical teams.
- Order and track spare parts and coordinate with the stores for timely replacement.
Who can apply
Freshers are welcome and experienced service professionals are encouraged to apply. An ITI, diploma in electrical or electronics, or a graduate degree in any stream is suitable. Technicians who want to move into a customer-facing role are encouraged to apply.
Skills that help
Basic electrical and instrument knowledge, calm complaint handling, clear phone communication, Excel for tracking, route planning and a readiness to travel to customer sites all help in this role.
Work locations
Roles are based in Surat and also in Ahmedabad, Vadodara and Vapi, where customers of industrial equipment are located.
