Job Description

Key responsibilities
- Meet traders and shop owners, understand their needs and present the right products and offers.
- Take orders in person or by phone and pass accurate details to the billing and dispatch team.
- Maintain good relationships with regular customers and visit them on a fixed schedule.
- Follow up on outstanding payments politely and coordinate with the accounts team.
- Prepare quotations, share rate lists and update customers about new arrivals and stock.
- Keep a daily record of calls, visits and orders for your manager.
- Share feedback on slow-moving stock and customer demand so the buying team can plan better.

Skills that help

Positions are mainly in Surat, with some openings in Vadodara, Navsari and Bharuch for businesses that serve nearby markets.
