Job Description
New products and better processes begin in the R&D lab. Job Vista is hiring Research and Development Engineers across Gujarat for manufacturers who want to build, test and improve what they make. Key responsibilities
- Research materials, methods and technologies to develop new products or improve existing ones.
- Plan and carry out experiments, trials and pilot runs, and record results carefully.
- Build prototypes and test them against performance, safety and cost targets.
- Analyse test data to find root causes and recommend practical design changes.
- Prepare technical reports, drawings and specifications for production and quality teams.
- Work with production, procurement and quality teams to move a design from the lab to the shop floor.
- Keep up with new standards, materials and industry developments that can improve the product line.
Who can apply

Skills that help

Work locations
Positions are available in Surat and in Vadodara, Ahmedabad, Vapi and Ankleshwar. Work is typically split between a lab or pilot plant and an office, depending on the employer.
