UX/UI Designer
Job Description
Great apps and websites feel simple because someone designed them carefully. Job Vista is looking for UX/UI Designers to join product and digital teams across Gujarat and shape how users experience software. You will work closely with developers and product owners, so curiosity about how real people use software matters as much as visual taste.
Key responsibilities
- Run user research and turn findings into clear personas, journeys and design decisions.
- Create wireframes, flows and interactive prototypes for web and mobile products.
- Design clean, consistent interfaces that follow accessibility and usability best practice.
- Build and maintain reusable components and a shared design system.
- Test prototypes with real users and refine screens based on feedback.
- Hand over polished files and specifications to developers and review the final build.
- Document design decisions so that other teams understand the reasoning behind each screen.
Who can apply
If you are just starting out, this is a good entry point; if you already have experience, we would love to hear from you too. A bachelor's degree in design, computer applications, IT or a related field is the listed qualification, and a strong portfolio can matter as much as the degree.
Skills that help
Figma or Adobe XD, a sound grasp of typography, colour and layout, awareness of responsive design, clear communication and a habit of asking why before drawing help you succeed.
Work locations
Start with Surat as the main hub, with further options in Ahmedabad and Vadodara. Design teams often work from the office, and some employers offer hybrid schedules.
