Key responsibilities
- Understand job requirements from hiring managers and prepare job descriptions
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals and calls
- Screen resumes and conduct first-round phone interviews
- Shortlist suitable profiles and schedule interviews
- Keep candidates updated and handle offers, negotiation and joining follow-ups
- Maintain a database and tracker of candidates and hiring status
- Build a talent pool for roles that come up often
Who can apply
A bachelor's degree is the expected qualification. Freshers are welcome and can learn recruitment hands-on. Experienced recruiters, including those from staffing agencies, are encouraged to apply.
