Key responsibilities
- Greet visitors and clients politely and direct them to the right person or department.
- Answer phone calls, take messages and handle first level queries clearly.
- Maintain visitor logs, appointment schedules and daily registers.
- Manage courier, mail and basic office coordination.
- Support the team with data entry, filing and simple documentation.
- Keep the reception area tidy, welcoming and well organised.
- Support meeting room bookings, visitor refreshments and basic event arrangements.
