You will greet visitors, answer calls and keep the front office running smoothly so everyone who walks in feels welcome. Key responsibilities
- Greet and guide visitors, and inform the right person of their arrival
- Answer, screen and transfer phone calls with a polite, professional tone
- Maintain visitor and courier registers and handle incoming mail
- Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings
- Keep the reception and waiting area neat and presentable
- Handle basic office coordination such as stationery and pantry requirements
- Update simple records in Excel or Word when needed
Who can apply
