Key responsibilities
- Enter, update and verify data in software, spreadsheets and company databases.
- Prepare documents, letters, reports and simple presentations using office applications.
- Take regular backups and keep files organised so they are easy to find.
- Monitor basic system health and report hardware or software problems.
- Print, scan and share documents, and maintain digital records securely.
- Follow data confidentiality and security practices at all times.
- Generate routine MIS reports and share them with supervisors at fixed intervals.
Who can apply
