Field Sales & Marketing Executive
Job Description
Job Vista is hiring Field Sales and Marketing Executives across Gujarat for businesses that sell electrical and technical products. You will be the face of the product in the market, meeting dealers, contractors and shop owners, explaining what the product does and turning those conversations into steady orders.
Key responsibilities
- Visit dealers, electricians, contractors and retail counters on a planned route and build a regular customer base.
- Demonstrate product features, share catalogues and price lists, and answer technical questions in simple language.
- Generate new leads through market visits, references and local campaigns, then follow each lead through to an order.
- Collect market feedback on competitor products, pricing and demand, and share it with the sales team.
- Follow up on pending orders and payments, and keep customer records updated.
- Help run in-store promotions and product awareness activities for better brand visibility.
- Represent the brand at trade counters and local exhibitions and hand out leaflets and samples.
Who can apply
Freshers with a keen interest in sales are welcome, and experienced field sales professionals are encouraged to apply. A 12th pass certificate, diploma or graduate degree in any stream is suitable; an electrical or technical background is a plus. A two-wheeler and a valid driving licence make daily travel easier.
Skills that help
Good communication in Gujarati and Hindi, confidence in meeting new people, basic product knowledge, negotiation, target orientation and the ability to handle a mobile sales app or simple Excel sheet all help you do well in this role.
Work locations
These roles are available in Surat and in nearby business centres such as Ahmedabad, Vadodara and Bharuch, depending on the territory the employer wants to cover.
