Key responsibilities
- Follow up with customers and dealers on outstanding invoices by phone, message or visit
- Maintain a clear record of promised payment dates and actual receipts
- Collect cheques, cash and online transfers and deposit them as per process
- Match receipts with invoices and update the receivables ledger
- Sort out billing queries and disputes together with the accounts team
- Prepare outstanding and ageing reports for management
- Build trust with clients so that payments come in on time
