Job Description
Online selling is growing fast in Surat's textile and fashion trade, and Job Vista is looking for E-Commerce Executives across Gujarat to help sellers grow on marketplaces and their own websites. If you enjoy working on a screen, tracking orders and making products look good online, this role is for you.
Key responsibilities
- Upload and update product listings with correct titles, descriptions, sizes, prices and images on marketplace seller panels.
- Process incoming orders daily, coordinate packing and dispatch, and track shipments until delivery.
- Handle returns, refunds and customer queries politely and within the marketplace timelines.
- Monitor stock levels and keep online inventory in sync with the warehouse.
- Coordinate with the photography and design team for fresh catalogue images and offer banners.
- Review sales reports, ratings and competitor listings, and suggest changes that improve visibility and sales.
- Run simple promotions, discounts and sponsored ads under guidance to lift product visibility.
Who can apply
Freshers are welcome and experienced e-commerce professionals are encouraged to apply. A graduate degree in commerce, business or IT is preferred, though a 12th pass candidate with good computer skills and a willingness to learn can also apply. Anyone who has sold online as a hobby or run a small page has a head start.
Skills that help
Comfort with Excel or Google Sheets, fast typing, clear English and Hindi writing, an eye for product presentation, attention to detail and familiarity with seller portals of popular marketplaces are all useful.
Work locations
Roles are based in Surat, and some positions are available in Ahmedabad, Vadodara and Navsari for brands and wholesalers building their online business.
