Key responsibilities
- Collect, clean and explore data from different sources to find useful patterns.
- Build and validate statistical and machine learning models for forecasting and classification.
- Design experiments and A/B tests, and interpret the results honestly.
- Create dashboards and visual reports that non technical teams can understand.
- Move models into production with engineers and monitor how they perform.
- Explain findings and recommendations clearly to management.
- Document datasets, assumptions and methods so that results can be reproduced.
Who can apply
Freshers are welcome to apply, and experienced candidates are strongly encouraged to apply as well. A master's degree in statistics, mathematics, computer science, data science or a related field is the listed qualification, and strong bachelor's graduates with solid projects may also apply.
Skills that help
Python or R, SQL, pandas and scikit-learn, statistics, data visualisation tools, curiosity and the ability to communicate insights simply will serve you well.
Work locations
Work is offered in Surat, along with other options in Ahmedabad and Vadodara. Analytics teams usually work from the office, with hybrid arrangements at some employers.
