Job Description
Showrooms are judged by how smoothly the customer's last step goes, and Job Vista is hiring Cashiers across Gujarat to make that step quick and trouble free. You will handle bills and payments with care and leave every customer with a good impression.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare bills and receive payments in cash, card and UPI accurately.
- Operate the billing software and POS machine and issue correct invoices.
- Count and reconcile the cash drawer at the end of each shift and prepare a daily summary.
- Handle returns, exchanges and refunds as per the showroom policy.
- Greet customers courteously and answer simple queries about prices and offers.
- Keep the counter tidy and secure cash and records safely.
- Support the sales floor by tagging items and assisting with stock checks when the counter is quiet.
Who can apply
Freshers are welcome and experienced cashiers are encouraged to apply. A 12th pass certificate is the basic qualification; a graduate degree in commerce is an advantage. Those who have worked at a retail counter or billing desk will adjust quickly.
