Store Officer

Job Vista is recruiting Store Officers across Gujarat to look after stock, records and storage areas for growing employers. It is a dependable, hands on role for someone who likes order, accuracy and knowing exactly where everything is.

Key responsibilities

• Receive incoming goods, check them against purchase documents and record every item accurately.
• Maintain stock registers and update inventory in software or spreadsheets on a daily basis.
• Issue materials to departments against proper requisitions and keep a clear audit trail.
• Arrange items in an orderly way, label racks and follow first in first out practice.
• Conduct periodic stock counts and report shortages, damages or slow moving items.
• Keep the store clean, safe and free from avoidable wastage.
• Coordinate with the purchase team when stock of key items runs low.

Who can apply

Both freshers and experienced professionals are invited to apply for this role. Higher Secondary (12th pass) is the listed qualification, and a graduate with basic inventory knowledge is equally welcome.

Skills that help

Work is offered in Surat, along with other options in Vapi, Bharuch and Ankleshwar. Many of these positions sit with manufacturing and trading units, usually on a day shift.
