Job Description
Digital printing has changed how Surat's fabrics look, and Job Vista is hiring Digital Print Designers across Gujarat to design for it. You will craft prints that look sharp on fabric and still come out right on the machine. Strong print designers pair a sense of colour and pattern with knowledge of how fabric and printing machines treat an image.
Key responsibilities
- Design original digital prints, florals, geometrics and motifs for dress material, sarees and home textiles
- Prepare artwork in the right resolution, repeat and colour mode for printing
- Create colourways and variations from a single design
- Match colours on screen with printed fabric and correct differences
- Research market trends and customer tastes before each season
- Coordinate with the printing and sampling team and review sample outputs
- Organise print files and design libraries for easy use
Who can apply
A bachelor's degree in design, fine arts or textiles is preferred. Freshers with a creative portfolio are welcome to apply, and experienced textile print designers are encouraged to apply.
