Key responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospects and existing customers from a lead list or call sheet
- Explain products, offers and services clearly in Gujarati, Hindi and basic English
- Handle questions and objections politely and follow up on warm leads at the right time
- Record call outcomes, callback dates and customer details accurately in a CRM or spreadsheet
- Fix appointments, demos or visits for the sales team
- Take incoming enquiries and pass complaints to the right person
- Work steadily towards daily and weekly calling and conversion targets
Who can apply
Candidates who have passed 12th (higher secondary) or hold any higher qualification can apply. Freshers are welcome, because a pleasant voice and a willingness to learn count for a lot. Experienced telecallers and tele-sales professionals are strongly encouraged to apply.
