Customers remember quality long after they forget the price. Job Vista is hiring Quality Control Specialists across Gujarat to make sure products leave the factory right the first time. The role suits careful, observant people who take pride in catching a small problem before it becomes a big one.
Key responsibilities
- Inspect raw materials, in process items and finished goods against approved specifications.
- Use gauges, measuring instruments and test equipment, and keep readings properly recorded.
- Identify defects, raise non conformance reports and support corrective and preventive action.
- Check supplier material on arrival and give feedback on recurring issues.
- Maintain quality documents, checklists and batch records ready for internal and external audits.
- Suggest process improvements that reduce rejection, rework and waste.
- Train shop floor staff on quality checkpoints and the correct use of inspection tools.
Who can apply

Skills that help

Roles are spread across Surat, Vapi, Bharuch, Ankleshwar and Vadodara. Most roles are plant based, with day shifts being the norm and some employers using rotating shifts.
