Job Vista is hiring Interior Designers across Gujarat for design firms, builders and furnishing businesses. It rewards people who combine a creative eye with practical thinking about budgets, timelines and materials.
Key responsibilities
- Meet clients to understand their needs, taste and budget, and turn them into design concepts.
- Prepare layouts, mood boards, 2D drawings and 3D visuals for homes, offices and shops.
- Select materials, furniture, lighting and colour schemes that suit each space.
- Prepare bills of quantities and cost estimates for approval.
- Visit sites to supervise execution and coordinate with contractors and vendors.
- Make sure the finished work matches the approved design and quality standards.
- Keep a library of material samples, vendor contacts and rate lists for quick reference.
Who can apply
Freshers are welcome to apply, and experienced candidates are strongly encouraged to apply as well. A bachelor's degree is the listed qualification, and a degree or diploma in interior design or architecture is preferred.
Skills that help
AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max or similar tools, good space planning sense, knowledge of materials, presentation skills and the patience to work with clients through revisions will help you.
Work locations
Start with Surat as the main hub, with further options in Ahmedabad, Vadodara and Navsari. The work combines studio time with regular site visits, so local travel is a normal part of the job.
