Job Description
Job Vista is hiring HR Executives across Gujarat to keep the human side of business running well. You will support hiring, look after employee records and help build a workplace where people want to stay. It is a varied role, with every day mixing conversations, paperwork and planning, and it suits people who are organised, friendly and trustworthy with sensitive information.
Key responsibilities
- Post jobs, screen resumes and schedule interviews with candidates
- Prepare offer letters, joining formalities and onboarding documents
- Maintain employee files, attendance and leave records
- Support payroll by sharing accurate attendance and salary inputs
- Organise training sessions, engagement activities and events
- Answer employee queries on policies and benefits
- Help with compliance records and HR audits
Who can apply
A bachelor's degree is the expected qualification, and a BBA, BA or MBA with HR is a plus. Freshers are welcome and will find this a good place to learn. Experienced HR professionals are encouraged to apply.
