Key responsibilities
- Execute buy and sell orders in equity and derivative markets as per client or desk instructions.
- Study charts, news and market data to spot opportunities and risks.
- Work within set risk limits and position rules at all times.
- Monitor live positions, margins and settlements during market hours.
- Keep trade records accurate and report daily profit and loss to supervisors.
- Support dealing desks with research notes and market updates.
- Follow regulatory and exchange guidelines on trading, reporting and record keeping.
Who can apply
Both freshers and experienced professionals are invited to apply for this role. A bachelor's degree is the listed qualification, preferably in commerce or finance, and an NISM certification is an advantage.
Skills that help
Knowledge of stock markets, technical and fundamental analysis, trading terminals, quick decisions under pressure, emotional discipline and strong numerical ability help you perform.
Work locations
Start with Surat as the main hub, with further options in Ahmedabad and Vadodara. Trading roles are desk based and follow market hours on working days.
Salary and growth
Pay depends on your skills and experience, and the salary range shown on this page is a guide rather than a fixed figure. With experience you can grow into Senior Dealer, Portfolio Manager or Head of Dealing roles.
