Job Description
Service Engineer – Electronics / Electrical / Mechanical
Experience: 1–3 Years
Industry: Digital Textile Printing / Digital Printing Machinery
Job Responsibilities
- Installation, commissioning, and setup of digital printing machines.
- Troubleshooting and maintenance of electrical, electronic, mechanical, and printing-related issues.
- Handling machine testing, calibration, and performance optimization.
- Managing printing applications and supporting customers during production.
- Performing and supporting color profiling and color calibration.
- Troubleshooting printing quality issues such as banding, color variation, nozzle-related issues, and other print defects.
- Providing technical support and training to customers and machine operators.
- Coordinating with internal technical teams and machine manufacturers for advanced troubleshooting.
- Supporting customers with machine operation and printing-related applications.
Required Technical Knowledge
- Knowledge of digital printing machine installation and commissioning.
- Basic to good knowledge of electronics, electrical systems, and mechanical systems.
- Knowledge of color profiling and color management.
- Knowledge of digital printing applications and troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of printing auxiliary chemicals and their applications.
- Understanding of fabric pre-treatment and post-treatment processes.
- Knowledge of printing software such as NeoStampa and Adobe Photoshop.
- Ability to understand machine manuals, technical drawings, and troubleshooting procedures.

Qualification
Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
