Job Description
Every trading and wholesale business needs clean books, and Job Vista is hiring Junior Accountants across Gujarat to keep them that way. This is a good first or second step in an accounting career, with hands-on work in daily entries, billing and basic tax records.
Key responsibilities
- Record daily purchase, sales, receipt and payment entries in Tally or similar accounting software.
- Prepare and check sales and purchase invoices and match them with delivery challans.
- Maintain party ledgers and follow up on outstanding balances with the senior accountant.
- Assist with GST data, e-way bill details and monthly return preparation.
- Reconcile bank statements with cash book entries and flag differences.
- Keep vouchers, bills and files organised for audit and the chartered accountant.
- Support year-end stock and balance checks by preparing schedules and supporting papers.
Who can apply
Fresh graduates are welcome and experienced junior accountants are encouraged to apply. A B.Com degree is preferred; commerce students, those pursuing CA or CMA inter, and candidates with a Tally course certificate are also welcome. Candidates who have completed internship or article training are particularly welcome.
Skills that help
Working knowledge of Tally, comfort with Excel formulas, basic understanding of GST, accuracy with numbers, patience for routine checking and a willingness to learn from seniors are the skills that count.

Jobs are available in Surat and also in Vadodara, Ahmedabad and Navsari, depending on the employer.
