Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales or business development, strong communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Identify and research potential clients and markets to generate new business opportunities.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Sales Pitch and Presentation: Develop compelling sales pitches and presentations to showcase our products or services and persuade potential clients.
  • Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate terms and close deals with clients to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to inform sales strategies and initiatives.
  • Pipeline Management: Manage sales pipeline and opportunities effectively, tracking leads, prospects, and deals through the sales process.
  • Networking: Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to expand professional networks and generate leads.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure alignment of sales efforts with overall business objectives.

Skill & Experience:

  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
  • Experience: 2-3 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related role, preferably in [industry/sector].
  • Sales Skills: Strong sales skills with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
