Job Description

We are seeking a results-driven and experienced Field Sales Manager to lead our sales team in driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base. The Field Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing a team of field sales representatives, and building strong relationships with clients. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales leadership and a passion for driving results in a dynamic and competitive market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company sales targets and objectives.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and coach a team of field sales representatives to maximize their performance and productivity.
  • Territory Management: Allocate sales territories and set sales targets for individual team members.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to drive customer satisfaction and retention.
  • New Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company’s customer base.
  • Sales Forecasting and Reporting: Monitor sales performance, analyze sales data, and prepare regular reports on sales activities, forecasts, and results.
  • Training and Development: Provide ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance the skills and capabilities of the sales team.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to inform sales strategies and initiatives.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and product development, to align sales efforts with overall company objectives.

Skill & Experience:

  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a sales management or leadership role.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and team-building skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve business objectives.
  • Customer Focus: Excellent customer relationship management skills with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
