Job Description

We are seeking a creative and driven Social Media Executive to manage and enhance our company’s online presence. As a Social Media Executive, you will play a key role in shaping our brand’s voice and driving engagement across various social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Content Creation: Develop, curate, and schedule engaging content for social media platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others.
  • Strategy Development: Create and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and traffic.
  • Community Management: Monitor, respond to, and engage with followers, building a strong online community.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyze social media performance using tools like Google Analytics and social media insights to measure the success of campaigns and make data-driven decisions.
  • Campaign Management: Plan and execute social media campaigns, promotions, and contests.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing strategies and goals.
  • Trends and Best Practices: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices, and incorporate them into our strategy.
  • Brand Consistency: Ensure all social media content aligns with the brand’s tone, style, and messaging.

Skill & Experience:

  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in social media management or a similar role.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Proficiency in social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social.
    • Familiarity with graphic design tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) or Canva.
    • Experience with social media advertising platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads).
  • Creative Skills: Strong creative thinking and content creation skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights to improve performance.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing trends and technologies in the social media landscape.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
