Key Responsibilities:

- Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyze social media performance using tools like Google Analytics and social media insights to measure the success of campaigns and make data-driven decisions.
- Campaign Management: Plan and execute social media campaigns, promotions, and contests.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing strategies and goals.
- Trends and Best Practices: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices, and incorporate them into our strategy.
- Brand Consistency: Ensure all social media content aligns with the brand’s tone, style, and messaging.
Skill & Experience:
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in social media management or a similar role.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social.
- Familiarity with graphic design tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) or Canva.
- Experience with social media advertising platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads).
