Job Description
We are seeking a strategic and customer-focused Product Manager to lead the development and management of our product portfolio. The ideal candidate will be responsible for defining product vision, strategy, and roadmap, and working closely with cross-functional teams to bring innovative products to market. This role requires a blend of business acumen, technical expertise, and strong leadership skills to drive product success and meet customer needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Product Strategy: Develop and articulate a clear product vision and strategy aligned with business goals and market trends.
- Roadmap Planning: Create and maintain a product roadmap, prioritizing features and enhancements based on customer feedback, market analysis, and business objectives.
- Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders, including customers, sales, marketing, and engineering teams, to gather and prioritize product requirements.
- Product Development: Lead cross-functional teams through the product development lifecycle, from concept to launch, ensuring on-time delivery and high-quality execution.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify market opportunities, trends, and threats.
- Customer Focus: Champion the voice of the customer, advocating for customer needs and ensuring that product decisions are driven by customer insights.
- Performance Monitoring: Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure product performance and success, and regularly monitor and analyze product performance against targets.
Skill & Experience:
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Product Management Experience: Proven experience as a Product Manager or in a similar product management role, with a track record of successfully launching and managing products.
- Strategic Thinking: Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business goals into actionable product plans.
- Technical Knowledge: Solid understanding of technology and software development processes, with the ability to communicate effectively with engineering teams.
- Leadership Skills: Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.
- Customer-Centricity: Deep empathy for customers and a passion for delivering products that meet their needs and exceed their expectations.
