Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator, capable of maintaining meaningful conversations with clients and customers. You will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers and providing information about our products and services. This role requires a proactive approach, with the ability to persuade and build rapport with customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Outbound Calls: Make a high volume of outbound calls to potential customers.
  • Customer Interaction: Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide relevant information about our products and services.
  • Lead Generation: Identify and qualify leads through effective questioning and listening.
  • Follow-Up: Conduct follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction and to further nurture relationships.
  • Database Management: Maintain and update customer databases with accurate and timely information.
  • Problem Resolution: Address and resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports on call activities and outcomes.
  • Sales Support: Support the sales team by scheduling appointments and providing relevant customer information.

Skill & Experience:

  • Educational Background: High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in marketing or related field is a plus.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and pleasant speaking voice.
  • Customer Service: Strong customer service skills with a friendly and patient demeanor.
  • Sales Skills: Persuasive skills to generate interest and convert leads into customers.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a telecalling, telemarketing, or customer service role is preferred.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to handle customer objections and provide effective solutions.
  • Time Management: Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Adaptability: Ability to adapt to different customer personalities and maintain a positive attitude.
