Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic HR Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent for our organization. This role involves managing the full recruitment lifecycle, developing effective sourcing strategies, and building strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent Acquisition: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting and sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and extending job offers.
  • Sourcing: Utilize various channels to source and attract qualified candidates, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
  • Screening: Conduct initial screenings to assess candidates’ qualifications and cultural fit.
  • Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  • Candidate Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates, keeping them engaged throughout the recruitment process.
  • Employer Branding: Promote the company’s employer brand and create a positive image to attract top talent.
  • Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records and provide regular reports on hiring progress and metrics.

Skill & Experience:

  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Recruitment Experience: Proven experience as an HR Recruiter or in a similar role, with a strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software, as well as familiarity with social media recruiting.
  • Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
