Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated HR Executive to join our human resources team. The HR Executive will play a key role in supporting various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, training, and compliance. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and committed to fostering a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment Support: Assist with the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
  • Onboarding: Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing offer letters, conducting orientation sessions, and ensuring a smooth transition for new employees.
  • Employee Relations: Assist in handling employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance handling.
  • HR Administration: Maintain HR records and databases, update employee information, and ensure compliance with all relevant HR policies and procedures.
  • Training and Development: Support the training and development initiatives by scheduling training sessions, tracking employee training progress, and coordinating training logistics.
  • Benefits Administration: Assist with the administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee benefits.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • HR Reporting: Prepare and maintain HR reports, metrics, and analytics to support HR decision-making and reporting requirements.
  • Employee Engagement: Support employee engagement initiatives, including employee surveys, recognition programs, and other activities to promote a positive work culture.

Skill & Experience:

  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in HR or a related field; HR internship experience is a plus.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS software.
    • Knowledge of HR laws and regulations.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle HR issues effectively and confidentially.
  • Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in HR administration and record-keeping.
  • Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively within a team and across departments
