Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated HR Executive to join our human resources team. The HR Executive will play a key role in supporting various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, training, and compliance. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and committed to fostering a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment Support: Assist with the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
- Onboarding: Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing offer letters, conducting orientation sessions, and ensuring a smooth transition for new employees.
- Employee Relations: Assist in handling employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance handling.
- HR Administration: Maintain HR records and databases, update employee information, and ensure compliance with all relevant HR policies and procedures.
- Training and Development: Support the training and development initiatives by scheduling training sessions, tracking employee training progress, and coordinating training logistics.
- Benefits Administration: Assist with the administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee benefits.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
- HR Reporting: Prepare and maintain HR reports, metrics, and analytics to support HR decision-making and reporting requirements.
- Employee Engagement: Support employee engagement initiatives, including employee surveys, recognition programs, and other activities to promote a positive work culture.
Skill & Experience:
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in HR or a related field; HR internship experience is a plus.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS software.
- Knowledge of HR laws and regulations.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle HR issues effectively and confidentially.
- Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in HR administration and record-keeping.
- Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively within a team and across departments
