Key Responsibilities:

• Risk Management: Manage trading risk by setting and adhering to risk limits, implementing stop-loss orders, and monitoring portfolio exposure.

• Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze trading performance, evaluating the effectiveness of trading strategies and making adjustments as needed.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, exchange rules, and company policies in all trading activities.
• Technology Utilization: Utilize trading platforms, algorithms, and other technology tools to optimize trade execution and streamline trading processes.
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with counterparties, brokers, and other market participants to facilitate trading activities.

Skill & Experience:

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Trading Experience: Proven experience as an equity trader or in a similar trading role, with a track record of successful trading performance.
• Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of equity markets, trading instruments, and market dynamics.
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to interpret market data and trends to inform trading decisions.
• Risk Management: Knowledge of trading risk management principles and techniques, with the ability to manage risk effectively.
• Decision-Making Abilities: Sound judgment and decision-making abilities, with the ability to make quick and informed trading decisions under pressure.
• Technology Proficiency: Familiarity with trading platforms, algorithms, and other technology tools used in trading operations.
