Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and innovative Digital Marketing Manager to join our marketing team. The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing digital marketing campaigns across various channels to drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of digital marketing strategies, excellent analytical skills, and a track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Digital Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to achieve business objectives, including increasing brand awareness, driving website traffic, and generating leads.
- Campaign Management: Plan, coordinate, and execute digital marketing campaigns across channels such as email, social media, search engine marketing (SEM), and display advertising.
- Content Development: Oversee the creation of engaging and compelling content for digital channels, including website content, blog posts, social media posts, and email newsletters.
- SEO and SEM: Optimize website content and structure for search engines (SEO) to improve organic search rankings. Manage paid search campaigns (SEM) to drive targeted traffic and conversions.
- Social Media Management: Manage and grow the company’s presence on social media platforms, including content creation, community engagement, and influencer partnerships.
- Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns. Prepare regular reports on campaign performance and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.
- Budget Management: Manage digital marketing budgets effectively, allocating resources strategically to maximize ROI and achieve campaign objectives.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to ensure alignment of digital marketing initiatives with overall business goals.
Skill & Experience:
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of managing successful campaigns and driving measurable results.
- Strategic Thinking: Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills with the ability to develop and execute digital marketing plans that align with business objectives.
- Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media management tools, and email marketing platforms.
- Creativity: Creative thinking and the ability to develop innovative digital marketing strategies and campaigns that resonate with target audiences.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and effectively.
