Job Description

We are seeking a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing digital marketing strategies to increase our online presence, drive traffic to our website, and generate leads. This role requires a strong understanding of current digital marketing tools and strategies and the ability to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Management: Plan and execute all digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and display advertising.
  • Content Creation: Develop engaging content for various digital platforms, including websites, blogs, social media, and email newsletters.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Measure and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
  • SEO and SEM: Optimize website content and landing pages for search engine marketing and improve organic search rankings.
  • Social Media Management: Manage and grow the company’s social media presence across all major platforms.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams and external agencies to design and implement innovative digital marketing strategies.
  • Trend Analysis: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.

Skill & Experience:

  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Digital Marketing Experience: Proven experience in digital marketing, with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in using digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google AdWords, SEO tools, and social media advertising platforms.
  • Content Development: Strong skills in content creation and copywriting.
  • Analytical Abilities: Excellent analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
  • Communication: Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Creativity: Ability to think creatively and develop innovative marketing strategies.
  • Time Management: Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
