Warehouse Operator
📍 Location: Jahangirabad, Surat
💰 Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month
🕒 Job Type: Full-Time

Job Responsibilities:
Handle all material inward and outward activities.
Maintain stock records and inventory accuracy.
Prepare and manage sales challans, delivery challans, and dispatch documents.
Coordinate dispatch activities and ensure timely delivery of materials.
Verify received materials against purchase orders and invoices.
Monitor warehouse stock levels and report shortages or discrepancies.
Organize and maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
Conduct periodic stock audits and physical inventory checks.
Coordinate with purchase, production, and sales departments for material movement.
Ensure proper storage, labeling, and handling of materials.

Required Skills:
Experience in warehouse operations and inventory management.
Knowledge of material inward/outward processes.
Familiarity with sales challans, dispatch documentation, and stock records.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, ERP/software entry preferred).
Good organizational and record-keeping skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
Ability to handle multiple warehouse activities efficiently.
Strong communication and coordination skills.

Qualifications:
Graduate or Diploma holder preferred.
1–3 years of warehouse/store operation experience preferred.
