Sales Manager / Senior Sales Executive– Digital Commercial Printing Solutions
Locations:
Across major cities in India, including:
• Delhi
• Mumbai
• Chennai

We are seeking dynamic, results-oriented sales professionals to promote and sell Digital Label Printers and Digital Book Printing Systems across India. The role involves developing new business, managing key accounts, and expanding market presence in the digital printing domain.

Key Responsibilities
• Promote and sell Digital Label Printers and Digital Book Printing Solutions.
• Identify and develop new customers in printing, packaging, publishing, and allied segments.
• Manage and grow existing key accounts.
• Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and technical discussions.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
• Prepare and negotiate commercial proposals and close deals.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Monitor market trends, competition, and customer feedback.
• Coordinate with service, application, and support teams for smooth installations and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain CRM records and sales reports.

Candidate Profile / Eligibility

Education
• Graduate / Post Graduate in Engineering, Management, Marketing, or related fields.
• Technical background in printing/graphics will be an added advantage.

Experience
• 5 to 10+ years of experience (depending on position) in selling:
o Digital Printing Equipment
o Label Printing Solutions
o Book / Commercial Printing Systems
o Packaging Printing Machinery
• Must have prior experience in the digital printing or allied industry.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Skills & Competencies
• Strong knowledge of digital printing technologies.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Customer-centric and solution-oriented approach.
• Ability to work independently and manage territories.
• Willingness to travel extensively.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
