We are seeking a dynamic Sales Executive to handle retail sales of kitchen products through field visits. The candidate should be confident, target-driven, and capable of building strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
Visit retail shops and customers for product promotion and sales
Generate leads and convert them into sales
Achieve monthly sales targets
Build and maintain relationships with retailers and clients
Demonstrate kitchen products to customers
Collect payments and maintain sales records
Provide market feedback to the company

Required Skills:
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Field sales experience preferred
Basic understanding of retail sales
Ability to work independently and achieve targets
Basic knowledge of local market

Eligibility Criteria:
Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate
Experience: 1–2 years in sales
Two-wheeler preferred (for field work)
