We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Executive with expertise in TALLT ERP to manage and oversee purchase entry and other accounting functions. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting principles and experience working with ERP systems to ensure seamless financial transactions and record-keeping.

Job Description: Executive – Accounts (TALLT ERP Knowledge Required)
Location: Palsana & Udhna, Surat
Employment Type: Full-time
Experience: 2-3 years’
Salary: 20k to 25k

Key Responsibilities:
• Perform purchase entry accurately in TALLT ERP and maintain related records.
• Verify purchase invoices, receipts, and vendor statements for accuracy and compliance.
• Reconcile accounts payable and ensure timely processing of vendor payments.
• Coordinate with procurement and inventory teams for proper invoice matching and approvals.
• Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.
• Ensure compliance with taxation, GST, and other regulatory requirements.
• Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documents and explanations.
• Maintain accurate financial records and assist in general ledger reconciliations.
• Identify discrepancies and resolve accounting issues promptly.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Proficiency in TALLT ERP and hands-on experience with purchase entry.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, taxation, and financial regulations.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and other accounting software.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Prior experience in the manufacturing, trading, or retail industry is a plus.
• Knowledge of GST filing and TDS deductions is preferred.
