We are hiring enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals for the positions of  Customer Relationship Executive (CRE). We are looking for both male and female candidates who can effectively engage with clients and support our fitness facility’s operations.

Job Time:
1st Shift: 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM
2nd Shift: 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM

Industry: Fitness & Wellness

Location: Athwalines, Athwa, Surat, Gujarat 395001

Key Responsibilities:
Attend and counsel walk-in clients about fitness plans and memberships
Maintain and update client records using Excel
Follow up with prospective leads and manage client queries
Support front desk operations and coordinate with the fitness team
Contribute to member engagement and customer satisfaction

Skills & Experience Required:
Basic computer and MS Excel knowledge is mandatory
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Fresher: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 + Incentives
Experienced: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 + Incentives
Candidates must be enthusiastic, proactive, and fitness-oriented
