Job Description

We are seeking an experienced E-commerce Manager to handle online marketplace operations, product listings, order management, inventory coordination, and sales performance. A candidate should have good knowledge of Amazon, Flipkart, online sales operations, MS Excel, and team coordination.

Location: Mota Varachha, Surat
Timing: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM (1 Hr Lunch)
Work Mode: Full-time Work from Office
Week Off: Sunday
Gender: Male & Female Both Can Apply
Experience Required: 2+ Years
Salary: ₹30,000 to ₹40,000/month

Role Responsibilities:
Manage complete e-commerce marketplace operations
Handle Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Nykaa, and other online platform accounts
Manage product listings, catalog management, and pricing updates
Coordinate and maintain strong relationships with Marketplace POCs/KAMs
Plan and execute pricing strategies, deals, and promotional activities
Manage Brand Store and improve overall marketplace presence
Track daily sales performance, targets, and channel growth
Handle inventory planning, order management, and stock availability
Coordinate with marketing, warehouse, accounts, and support teams
Monitor ads performance and have a basic understanding of marketplace advertising
Handle customer issues, account health, and platform escalations
Prepare MIS reports, sales analysis, and performance tracking
Manage overall P&L of marketplace channels
Take complete ownership and accountability of the marketplace business growth
