Location: Katargam, Surat
Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 7:00 PM
Working Days: Monday to Friday (1 Week off)

Job Responsibilities:
Handle customer calls and inquiries professionally
Maintain and update data entries in system
Assist in back office operations and coordination
Manage customer follow-ups and support
Requirements:
Good communication skills
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, MS Word)
Minimum 1+ years of relevant experience
Strong customer handling and calling skills
Salary:
₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month
