Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated, experienced Senior HR Executive to manage key HR operations, including attendance management, payroll support, and employee documentation. The ideal candidate should have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a good understanding of core HR processes.

Salary: 20k-25k
Office Time: 10:00 to 6:00
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and maintain employee attendance records on a daily basis.
• Monitor attendance discrepancies, leaves, late coming, and regularization processes.
• Coordinate with departments to ensure accurate attendance data.
• Assist in payroll processing by providing accurate attendance, leave, and employee data.
• Must have good knowledge of payroll structure, salary processing, deductions, PF/ESIC, and statutory compliance.
• Handle KYC documentation collection for employees, including Aadhaar Card, PAN Card, Bank Details, Passport Size Photo, and other required documents.
• Ensure proper maintenance and filing of employee records and personal files.
• Support onboarding formalities and documentation verification for new joiners.
• Coordinate with employees for pending documents and maintain updated records.
• Prepare HR reports and MIS related to attendance, payroll, and employee documentation.
• Ensure compliance with company HR policies and procedures.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources / Commerce / Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in HR operations.
• Strong knowledge of attendance management and payroll process.
• Experience in employee documentation and KYC verification.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and HR-related software.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential employee data.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
• Experience in handling end-to-end HR operations.
• Good understanding of labour law compliance will be an added advantage.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple HR tasks efficiently.
