We are seeking Client Account Managers for our Visa Filing & Counselling team in Vesu, Surat. Freshers are welcome, Married female candidates are also welcome.
Role & Responsibilities
- Handle client enquiries and provide visa counselling.
- Explain visa processes, documentation and application requirements.
- Follow up with clients and maintain regular communication.
- Coordinate with internal teams for timely application processing.
- Maintain client records and ensure a positive customer experience.
Required Skills
