We are seeking a dynamic Marketing and Sales Associate to join our international team. This role is ideal for individuals with a passion for driving business growth through effective marketing strategies and sales initiatives. The candidate should have a minimum of 6 months of experience in marketing and sales, with a strong understanding of customer relationship management, and international business practices.

Job Location: Work from Office at Pal, Surat , Gujarat
Timing: Night Shift (US based timing)
Working Days: 5 days

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Generation: Utilize various marketing channels and strategies to generate inquiries and convert them into qualified leads.
• Manage existing client relationships to identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities and expand product offerings.
• Follow-Up: Initiate and maintain timely follow-ups with prospects to nurture leads and close sales opportunities.
• Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
• Sales Reporting: Prepare regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and achievement of targets.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Candidate with fluent English from any industry or fresher can apply.
• Minimum 6 months of experience in marketing and sales roles with international company.
• Proven track record in lead generation and conversion.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales management tools.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
