We are looking for a dedicated Back Office Executive (Female) to join our team in Adajan, Surat. The role involves handling documentation, email correspondence, report preparation, and back-office support for financial services such as mutual funds and insurance.
Position: Back Office Executive (Female)
Location: Adajan, Surat
Working Hours: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
Weekly Off: Sunday (Saturday half-day)
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹22,000 (Negotiable)
Key Responsibilities:
Handle documentation, application work, and form filling.
Manage email drafting, correspondence, and record maintenance.
Support back-office operations related to mutual funds, insurance, or financial services.
Prepare reports and maintain Excel data sheets.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth workflow.
Required Skills & Experience:
Minimum 1 year of experience (preferably in mutual fund, insurance, or financial sector).
Proficiency in MS Excel and email drafting.
Strong organizational and documentation skills.
Good communication skills.
Ability to read and write basic English.
Fresher applications not allowed.
